Just because the train is not operating as soon as you receive it does not mean it is broken. Confirm you are using the correct battery 🔋 and that it has sufficient charge. If the train is still inoperable, firmly bang the bottom of the train right-side-up onto a hard surface (such as a counter or floor) lifting the train about 4-5 inches from the ground. Repeat several times until the train becomes operable.
