working OTTO BOCK KNEE 3R49 with cover & leg post with foot joint. It does flex / bend & spring back with normal action, or will bend all the way & push back as shown in one of the pictures. There are some scratches on leg post as pictured from use. Light surface rust on steel screws & studs. The foot joint is TCA 1 694. ,,,,ebay charges & collects the tax not me.
