Returns policy

Please notify us and we will provide an RMA number, which you will need to include with your return. Once an RMA is issued, the return must be shipped within 7 days. Returns with no RMA will not be accepted. There are no returns on custom items.
We offer rods and tassels at discounted prices when sold with a tapestry. If a tapestry is returned without the rod or the tassels, you will be charged the regular retail price for those items not returned.

Please note that our listed sizes are approximate (5%) since there is always some handwork on our products (cutting, lining, sewing …). If you need to know an exact size to fit your space please contact us and we can verify the size for you.
