The item shows moderate signs of wear and tear including scuff marks, scratches, debris/crud, and worn finishes. All the shiny and glossy surfaces have considerable scratching. There is adhesive residue in several patches on the right side of the machine along with the top casing. We tested the machine by filling the water reservoir and running a few test shots with whole beans. See video demonstration. We did not test the milk frother, and while there are two tubes included, it may need other parts to get the milk frother working in total. The unit will need a thorough cleaning and sanitization before use. On the product counter it shows 602 total preparations.
