JennAir JGD8348CDP Pro-Style stainless steel gas cooktop with grill, 4 burners, and downdraft tested in very good working condition. See video! This retailed originally for over $6000. A very good deal for a commercial or residential application. There is some wear from normal use. Rust and some scratches as you can see in the pictures that doesn’t affect function. All burners and grill burners work as expected and the fan has 2 speeds which functions well. Included grease jar. Again, see pictures and video and feel free to ask any questions especially concerning freight. Shipping Practices: If you are running a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence. Freight is generally bulky and heavy. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need to use the truck's lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on delivery. Inside Delivery: Unless you pay for and make arrangements to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbside only. You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance. We also cannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you prefer a warranty we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. We have tested this item and show it working in our pictures, but please be aware we are selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make no claims to the functionality of the item once it leaves our facility. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat or something… we do not account for this.
