This is a new Steampunk Top Hat and Gold adjustable Steampunk tinted goggles. They are both brand new with tags. The inside of the hat measures approximately 8′ x 6 5/8″. These are both good quality items and they would make awesome accessories for that steampunk Halloween costume. We also offer this same top hat with silver colored goggles.
