The American Vintage II 1954 Precision Bass has an ash body to reproduce the typical tone and feel of the original model produced at the time, and features a 1-ply white pickguard in Vintage Blonde or 2-Color Sunburst. The 1954 “C”-shaped maple neck features a 7.25-inch radius fingerboard with 20 vintage tall frets, a Pure Vintage 2-saddle Precision Bass bridge with fiber saddles, reverse open gear tuners, a finger rest and ’54 Single-Coil Precision Bass pickups, providing classic Fender sound and style. American Vintage II is a series for players who love the tone and feel of vintage Fender, faithfully reproducing the guitars and basses that built the foundation of Fender.
