It is 6 1/2 inches long (closed for folding knives) and weighs approximately 2.6 ounces. The blade is Stainless Damascus Steel. Damascus blades are made by welding/forging together a few hundred layers of hard and soft steel and then etch with acid. The acid dissolves the layers at different rates resulting in a visible pattern on the steel. The alternating layers give more flexibility and toughness to the steel, and the hard and soft in the edge act much like serrations and aid cutting. The beautiful patterns in Damascus blades are unmatched! The spine of the blade is stamped with an Individual Serial Number. The handle is White Micarta with a Lanyard Hole. It comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This knife is presented in a Wooden, Boker Display box with a Black, Leather Belt Sheath and Certificate of Authenticity.
