The unit consists of a top block, fork, and bottom block attached to a Horolovar temperature compensating pendulum suspension spring. This unit is designed and manufactured by Horolovar to fit and allow for proper regulation of all Schatz standard movement clocks (all Schatz clocks with the number ’49’ in a circle on the back plate). This unit may also be used for pre WWII Jahresuhrenfabrik clocks having the saddle on the top of the suspension bracket, by lowering the fork 1/8″.
