Please note that cover condition usually includes normal wear and tear to cover edges, opening tears and some creases and wrinkles. Only exceptional or extreme condition issues will be mentioned. Legend: PS – Postal Stationery FL – Folded Letter SFL – Stampless Folded Letter RPO – Railway Post Office CDS – Circular Date Stamp DPO – Dead Post Office SHIPPINGShipping is by regular mail $1.99 for Canada and USA and $2.99 for rest of the world. This shipping rate is for up to 3 items. For 4-6 lots it is an additional $1 and for every multiple of 3 lots beyond 6 it will be an additional $1. If a buyer has bought multiple lots he/she may elect to have them sent as multiple shipments by regular mail with each shipment not exceeding $100. Please note that in some cases the shipping may be slightly higher due to the fact that the item is oversize. If it has to be mailed in a 8.5 x 11 size envelope the shipping rate is an additional $1 then the quoted rates.
