A Really Nice Restoration of classic 18″ cars Check out the 400e in our other listings for something to pull these! SCROLL down past the description to see more pics that you can enlarge. Then SCROLL all the way to the bottom past the policies to see even more! You are looking at a really neat early standard gauge set of three passenger cars. These are three of the larger sized passenger cars in standard gauge. These were very nicely restored at some point in their lives into a unique livery. These cars started life as the mojave version of the cars. They have been repainted for a more unique orange version but keeping the original mojave numbering. They would look great with your orange electric outline engine such as the 9U or a 408e or even a steam engine such as a 400e. Includes 418 Pullman Coach 431 Diner 490 Observation Original Lionel cars Larger size Standard gauge Six wheel trucks (12 wheel cars!) Produced Prewar, 1920s-30s Each car measures approximately 18″ Repainted orange with gold print Brass ornamental trim Latch couplers Standard gauge Prewar coupler CONDITION: Nice restoration. Good paint job and printing. If you look super close, you can see the imperfections under the paint from the original car. It is a great paint job and decalling, but I would not rate it as factory-level. Decalling shows a little bit of wear, but not much. At least one coupler is a replacement. Some coupler pockets have brass screws instead of the rivet. Some window inserts missing as pictured. One chassis tank is missing.
