You need a pair of these load resistors! These resistors are spliced in parallel with the LED bulb to add extra electrical load (power dissipation) to the circuit, thus reducing blinking speed to normal rates. These are for turn signal blinker circuits ONLY. They are not designed to have current running through them for long periods of time, they will get EXTREMELY hot if you do so.
